1. General Information

Body Language is an independent apparel brand based in India, operated solely by an individual creator. Our products are made to order through a print-on-demand service, which means every item is custom-made just for you.

2. Product Information

We aim to display our products and designs as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen display, lighting, and the handmade nature of printing, slight variations in color or placement may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed after successful payment/confirmation on call for COD orders.
  • We accept payments through secure gateways like Payu/Razorpay/UPI/Credit/Debit Cards (update based on your payment method) and Cash on Delivery.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as each piece is custom-made.

4. Shipping

  • We ship across India.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Delays due to courier issues, weather, or unexpected disruptions are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to assist you.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong item or size from what you ordered.


If any of the above applies, please email us within 2 days of delivery at contactbodylanguage@gmail.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • A clear photo of the product
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Approved requests will be eligible for a replacement or refund.

6. Sizing

  • Please refer to the size chart before placing your order. Since every product is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for wrong size selection.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, images, and content on this website are owned by Body Language. Reproducing, copying, or using them without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Any information collected during your visit (such as name, email, or address) is used solely to fulfill your order and will never be sold or shared.
