Shipping policy

At Body Language, every product is made to order with love — which means your items are crafted just for you after you place your order. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you:

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Since every piece is custom-printed, production begins only after order confirmation for COD orders.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Standard: Delivered in approximately 7–12 days, depending on your location.
  • Express Orders: Prioritized and dispatched within 24 hours, with delivery in approximately 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a bit longer.

⚡ Express Orders (Priority Processing)

Express orders are prioritised in our system and processed faster than regular orders.

  • Orders placed before 8:00 AM are dispatched the same business day

  • Orders placed after 8:00 AM are dispatched the next business day

📦 Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, it is handed over to our courier partners (like Blue Dart Air).

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service

  • Express orders are shipped via the fastest available delivery option

  • While we prioritise faster dispatch, next-day delivery is not guaranteed

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Express charges apply to faster processing, not guaranteed delivery timelines

  • Some products (like all-over prints or certain embroidery items) may require additional time and are not eligible for express processing

  • In rare cases of high demand, if we are unable to dispatch your express order on priority, the express fee will be refunded

🇮🇳 Shipping Within India

  • We currently ship across all Indian states.
  • You'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

📦 Packaging

Every order is securely packed to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy to request a replacement.

While we try to meet delivery timelines, unexpected delays due to courier issues, weather, or holidays may occur. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
