Refund policy

At Body Language, every item is made to order with love, specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on orders that are placed correctly.

However, if we’ve made a mistake — we’ll absolutely make it right.


We Offer Refunds or Replacements Only If:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product
  • You receive the wrong item or wrong size than what you ordered

Not Eligible for Refunds:

  • You ordered the wrong size (please refer to our size chart carefully before placing an order)
  • You changed your mind after ordering
  • Minor color differences or slight variations in print position (these are normal in print-on-demand items)

Here’s a clean Cancellation Policy section you can add to your existing policy page so that everything is consistent and crystal clear for customers:



Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours: Once the order has entered production (printing/processing), it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

 


What to Do If There’s an Issue:

Please email us at bodylanguage.contactus@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will either:

  • Replace the product (free of charge), or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will not be processed if we don’t hear from you within 2 days of delivery
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider
