Exchange Policy
At Body Language, every product is made to order just for you. To help you shop with confidence, we offer exchanges under the conditions below.
Size Exchanges
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, email us at bodylanguage.contactus@gmail.com with:
- Your Order ID
- The size you received
- The size you’d like instead
- Clear photos of the product
Exchange Eligibility
The item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup. After the original item passes quality inspection, your replacement order will be processed.
Exchange Charges
A shipping and handling fee of RS100 will apply for size exchanges.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot offer exchanges for:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Requests made more than 2 days after delivery
- Minor color variations caused by screen settings or printing processes
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
Exchange Restrictions
Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size.
For example, if you ordered Product A in Size M, you may exchange it for Product A in Size L (subject to availability).
We do not offer exchanges for:
- A different design or product
- A different color variant
- A different collection item
- Any request to swap one product for another
If you’d like a different product, you’ll need to place a new order separately.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos and your Order ID.
If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Note
Body Language reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
